Nice fit it a tight space we had. Handsome faucet looks at home in our historical cape home. After 2 years pop-up plug became sticky. Customer service replaced part free of charge!

I can't believe the quality for the price. I work at a well known hardware store and we seem the exact same thing for 6 times this price. I needed something tall for my new vessel sink and this for the bill. Very durable and it exceeded my expectations. Good weight to it and you would never know it's not one of the high end brands. Connie was exactly as pictured.

I bought 2 of these faucets on June 2020, finally got around to install them on August 2020. The next morning after I installed the faucets I noticed they both push out rusty water for at first. If the faucets had been closed for over couple hours the water comes out rusty (check the pictures). So I realized something definitely corroding in these faucets. Unfortunately I was out of Amazon return period so I decided to contact the customer service. Though I preferred to call and explain all this, they only had a email address to contact customer support. I was a bit disappointed about that. I emailed the customer service around 6:30pm expecting a reply within next couple days. They replied back by 7:45pm the same day ! I was told the faucets I received are from an old batch and they have upgraded the quality of their products since then. So they agreed to send me replacement faucets. I expected that would take couple weeks since they operate out of China. I received the tracking number of the replacement faucets on the next day and they got delivered in just 3 days. Yes, you read that correct. I received something shipped out of China within 3 days. That's the fastest I've gotten anything that was shipped out of China. Installed the new faucets the next day and they both work flawlessly. They're very elegant looking sturdy faucets. Customer service is extremely fast and very convenient. Definitely recommend these faucets to anyone looking for vessel sink faucets.

Edit: After my first review, the company was very helpful in reaching out wanting to fix the problem and sent a replacement faucet, stating the finish issues have been handled on the newer models. While I haven't installed it yet, it was shipped speedily and the customer service has been super helpful. I'm very pleased and hope the new faucet holds up much better! While this faucet looks great aesthetically, I've only had it installed for 2 months and the finish is already chipping away on the handle!

Fits perfect, now longer hose to reach the wall.

The faucet is very nice and POWERFUL! It did come with a defective water line that was leaking. I reached out to customer service and within a few days I had received a new set of water lines. I would highly recommend this product, but be mindful of how far the water shoots. For reference, I have included a video showing the faucet with my 14.5x10.6 sink

It's only been installed for a day, but it works beautifully and is beautiful on my black marble vanity. Can't believe it was so inexpensive compared to all the faucets at Home Depot and it looks better than any of them. I just hope it lasts, it does seem well made, nothing about it seems cheap. 5 minutes to remove the old faucet and install this one. Better water pressure than my last faucet too.

The internal cartridge leaked within 2 years and damaged my sink area. The black exterior metal has also flaked off.

The product is good. I have one in use and ordered again. But the problem is first time it was about $60 and when I reordered the same within about three month they billed me for $130-. I reordered without checking price and now i have to pay shipment to return.

Love this assembly was easy. Cleans very well
