I just received my second supply of this honey. It appears to have partially crystallized. Is it still okay or should I return it?

It is still okay. Crystallization happens naturally. What I have done is taken out the honey which has crystallized and put in a glass container and then set the container in medium hot water. Just needs a stir every now and then. Once the crystals have dissolved, you can put it back in the jar.

The packaging is for plastic bottle or glass bottle?

It is plastic in this size. They do have a glass bottle here on Amazon in the 32 ounce size. (YS Organic Bee Farms CERTIFIED ORGANIC RAW HONEY 100% CERTIFIED ORGANIC HONEY Raw, Unprocessed, Unpasteurized - Kosher 32oz). Last checked it was 18.08 for the 32 in glass.

is there an expiration date?

There is a 'best by date' of 08/16. Honey keeps for ages, but this is so good, it will not be around long!

Is it necessary to warm the honey every time that I want to use it? Or I can just dip a spoon and take what I need? Thank you

It really depends upon what you're using it for... This honey is fairly hard. I use this honey primarily for tea. I scoop a bit onto a spoon and the tea slowly melts it. If you were trying to spread it over toast, you will probably need to heat it a bit.
