No it does not, u will need to purchase different ones especially for the xl

I have had good luck with these but wondering what is the best way to store some extras to use next year?? Ideas?

Best to store in a cool dark environment. Recommended not to use after 2 seasons. Don’t store in a refrigerator. Always inspect the bands prior to use. If bands have a dark tan color or look dry rotted or any type of cracking, discard.

Are these good for goat horns?

Yes. If the opening of the band will accommodate. The opening fits the size of a golf ball. Place band as close to the base of the skull as possible.
