This canister does a great job. I use it for ground coffee. I love the color, and yes, it does have two textures. The top is smooth , and the body a slightly rougher texture that makes it easier to grasp and not drop. I, personally, don't have an issue with it. The lid does allow the out gassing so, yes, you might get a whiff of coffee as makes sense. Easy turn and set dials to set date. The top dial just turns. The bottom dial turns using.the raised little bar/bumps or whatever you want to call them. I definitely recommend. It's lovely, AND does a good job.

Now I have one in each of my homes. I love the color (pink), the fact that it comes with a coffee scoop and holder so it doesn’t get separated and a date on the top that I ground my beans. Keeps the coffee air right for max freshness too. Love it!

My bad. I figured 22oz. Like a soda can is 12oz. & I know what a 20oz. soda looks like volume wise. I figured it would be like that. This thing is friggin huge! 22oz? Of what feathers?Also, I liked the Rose gold, but everybody else said it was pink. IDK. Pink - Rose Gold. What's the difference? IDK. Also has a nice matt finish. The part that holds the scoop is a little tight. The scoop is good quality.Me? I would have kept it if it was smaller. It's nice. Aloha.

I wanted a rose gold canister at work for my coffee pods, and this is perfect! It’s actually for coffee grounds and seals to keep things fresh!

these containers are great for keeping coffee fresh. I purchased 3 of these containers in different colors. This one is a nice color but be aware that the feel on the outside is grainy not a smooth surface. Some people may like that but I wanted a smooth surface like the other 2 that I bought. A feature that I love is the small measuring spoon that sits on the side of the container. This makes it so easy to measure my coffee grounds.

My son has one and I liked that a whole bag of coffee fits inside. And it looks better than the Folgers can I was using

I love these canisters! The seal when you close them is amazing. My nutritional supplements stay so fresh!
