I bought this after getting a new nose piercing and wanted something gentle to clean daily without stinging. The formula is alcohol-free and designed for both new and existing piercings, which matched what I needed, and the 360-degree spray made it easy to reach around the piercing without touching it. In daily use, I spray around the area after washing my hands and letting things air dry for a moment. It feels light and there is no harsh scent or burning, which matters for sensitive skin. I used it on my nose and the outer ear piercing as well as other body piercings when needed, and it didn’t irritate or over-moisten anything. What stood out was how well it moisturizes without leaving a film, and the minerals in the solution seemed to help keep the area balanced. Compared to other cleaners I have tried, this one was more forgiving and stayed comfortable throughout the day. One small note is that sometimes the spray takes a moment to start if the bottle has been sitting, and the nozzle can clog if not stored upright after use. Despite that minor quirk, the gentle formula and easy application have made it a reliable part of my routine, and I would give it five stars.

Using 2x/day for a week, Longevity of the 4OZ Bottle size is about a week but that's for multiple piercings. Fragrance free, good and safe ingredients with no irritants.

I was 5 when I got my ears pierced first time, that was a zillion yrs ago. Then 2nd time around age 10 I can’t remember. Back in those days we were always told to use peroxide. Well I got my third piercing 4 months ago. They gave me a special spray. It didn’t seem to do much. I switched to peroxide. Same didn’t seem to do much. Then I bought this H2O. About a week or longer after I started using it I started to see and feel a difference. My ears were hurting so bad basically from sleeping. It was constantly waking me up. This stuff seemed to heal my ears faster however my right ear just wouldn’t heal. I applied this H2O 3 times a day. I definitely started seeing and feeling a difference. Today my ears are better I’d say they are healed for the most part. It took almost 4 months. At this time I will NOT be taking these earrings out for many more months from now because I want to be sure I have no problems. The backs on my earrings are on so tight I’d really have to pull to get them off so that’s another reason. I think this H2O probably helped with a faster healing process I live in Fl and those of us who live here KNOWS the gulf water is very healing if u have cuts, rashes (some) etc.

i rarely leave any reviews but this SAVEDDD my dermal ! i’m not sure what happened but after a few days my dermal started hurting and soon started swelling up and had pus coming out. i was trying saline solution, that little yellow keloid bottle that is also sold on amazon, NOTHING! i did not want to remove my dermal i was terrified it would reject. I bought this in hopes it’ll save my dermal and omg did it work. i was consistent with it for the first week, did it once a day sometimes 2-3 like the bottle says and in just a week, she was almost fully healed! it sprays very well and aims perfectly at where u need it to. honestly i didn’t have high hopes in saving my dermal lol but im glad i bought this.

Other than me not liking sprays, I love this product. The liquid I got from the tattoo shop was not working. My tragus was hurting, swollen and I started to get a bump on the inside. I found this and the reviews were great! I put it on multiple times throughout the day when I got it and the swelling instantly went down, it stopped hurting and it last long where I don’t have to use it as often as the one they gave me and it wasn’t even working. Also the one they gave me had no saline. The other thing I noticed with using this it dries out the area. I make sure I keep it moisturized after every use. Overall it’s still a good product!

Best piercing spray I’ve ever used!!! I’ve gone through many sprays, many of which considered themselves to be “the best@ but this one is truly THE BEST!! I had two piercings that were being pesky and wouldn’t heal even to the point of getting bumps, I bought this and only after 3 days (I swear I’m not lying it’s that good) did the bump on my third go away COMPLETELY after I’ve been trying to get rid of it for months!! This spray is miracle in a can!! Definitely my go to now!!

I just got new piercings yesterday (ears and nose). I'm usually good with using just warm water, but my daughter is going to get her ears pierced soon so I wanted to try this out for her since she had healing trouble last time she got them done and I want her to have a comfortable experience using cleansers. The spray is surprisingly gentle. The nosil is upturned a little so you do have to get used to spray the angle. For 2 of the 3 piercings I didnt feel anything. One ear did sting the tiniest bit in the back but was barely noticeable and the pain didnt last long. I was surprised it didnt affect my nose because thats the one that feels a bit sore. I was instructed by my piercer to hold my breath and spray on the inside of my nose at the piercing so I didnt inhale. He said that it wouldn't sting if i accidentally did, just that it might smell or taste salty. I followed his instructions and it worked like a charm (remember to close your eyes too incase you over spray). Didnt even smell, feel, or taste anything and I'm one who uses nasal rinses during allergy season. There's no need to wipe the area either. It dries pretty fast and you don't want to be peeling away any scabs prematurely. This is a pretty small bottle which is perfect as a travel size. If you're in for months of healing with your specific piercing and/or have trouble with healing you'll likely benefit from a larger bottle.

Dieses Piercingspray ist echt das beste, was ich je genutzt habe! Die Kombination von Meersalz und Lysozym (ein entzündungshemmendes Enzym, welches für Heilungsprozesse im Körper mitverantwortlich ist und das Immunsystem stärkt) ist einmalig! Es klebt nicht, brennt nicht, lässt sich gut sparsam anwenden und wirkt super schnell! Egal, ob direkt nach dem Stechen oder später bei Reizungen oder einfach zum Reinigen zwischendurch. Ich hatte mit zwei Piercings wirklich lange "zu tun", sie waren dauerhaft gereizt und taten entsprechend weh, kein Spray hat daran etwas geändert. Habe dann 1,5 Wochen lang H2Ocean 2x täglich benutzt - und seit dem nie wieder Probleme mit den Piercings gehabt! :)) Also ich benutze kein anderes Spray mehr. :)

Would buy it again if I got a piercing or even just for cleaning my piercings regularly
