Blackmoor 28cm Ceramic Non Stick Saute Pan for Induction Hobs, PFAS-Free

Love this pan, have brought a whole range from this make (and my Daughter too)Literally does what it says NON stick, good hardwearing easy to clean.

Best pan ever, super impressed & happy :)Use only a spot of oil then wipe it around the inside surface with a piece of dry kitchen towel and that's it! Surface is super slippy non stick with practically no oil at all. Heats up really fast too. Mostly i use for omelettes, shrooms first, then another wipe around with the slightly oily piece of kitchen towel used the first time, (no need to use another drop of oil) in go the eggs & once they've cooked a little, just give the pan a little shuffle and the omelette slides around. I've obviously used non stick b4 but this pan is REALLY NON STICK lol & so once its cooled it barely needs washing at all, easier to wash than the plate :) I sound like an advert lol but I'm just a happy customer. I got the saute pan which is deeper than the frying pan, its a little heavy but its also a robust piece of kit. Couldn't be more pleased with my purchase :)))

Item arrived earlier than expected. Well packaged and has a nice depth to be sturdy enough to be able to cook various foods. This item was brought as a gift so I have not used it. I am happy with what I have see and I hope the person it is for will be enjoy using it.

This is the third of these pans that I've bought and it seems to be a modified design. The sides are perhaps an inch deeper than the older versions. Its more like a deep saute pan or even a wok!" It still make a reasonable frying pan but slightly harder to get at food around the edges. Based on the previous models I expect to get 4 or 5 years use out of this before the non-stick starts to go. That's about the same as an expensive German pan I bought once, with a "lifetime warranty", costing over £70, so I think these are pretty good value.EDIT: I've noticed they also do a saute pan so I may have been sent one of those by mistake... I didn't keep the wrapper to check.

I have used this pan virtually every day in the last three months. The pan, even when full is not too heavy, pan itself is a good weight, is brilliantly non stick, cleans easily, even scrambled eggs are a breeze. I cook everything from chops to chill con carne in it. No trace of a smell from one meal to the other remains after washing gently with hot water and detergent. Do not overheat pan without anything in it, and cook on a moderate heat for frying and low simmer for casseroles. I am so impressed I have purchased a second pan. I use a lid from a previous pan of the same diameter, which makes it really versatile, so for me it was good value for money.

First of all these are extremely affordable. I've used the 12 inch pan for a while now and it does what it says. I use it everyday so the handle became a bit loose but it's nothing that a screwdriver can't fix. Used it to fry eggs, stir fries, deep fry etc. As a home cook I can be anal about my cookware, and I am very satisfied with these to the point where I bought a sauté pan too.

Pan looks and feels substantial. Non stick surface works ok. Really annoying is that after the very first usage, frying a couple of eggs, the pan base warped upwards into a convex shape which means oil and everything else flows to the perimeter instead of staying evenly distributed in the pan.
