Good, not perfect, taste; good natural sweetener
Tasty, but still has a bit of the stevia taste. Monk fruit is crazy expensive, but if used wisely is worth it. The liquid form is good for some uses i.e. cereal (because powdered sweeteners often don't dissolve properly). I try to stay mostly with natural sweeteners; I also use allulose sometimes (has a cooling taste, but is more cost effective). I do NOT use this liquid sweetener for my coffee, though LOL. Gotta draw the line sometimes. I didn't deduct a star for the cost, but that has to be a consideration.

Great alternative sweetener.
Organic, simple, and no aftertaste. This monk fruit sweetener is zero calories, zero sugar, and actually tastes natural, no stevia aftertaste or cooling effect. The liquid blends instantly into coffee, cocktails, and smoothies. Not overly sweet, which I prefer. A few drops go a long way. I keep this one on on my arsenal.

Yay, monk fruit!
Love it. Just a few drops sweetens my tea or coffee. Be warned, though -- an extra drop or two can make it too sweet. It doesn't taste exactly like sugar, but more like sugar than stevia, which I think has a kind of weird aftertaste. I like that it isn't a chemical like most other non-caloric sweeteners. The NOW brand just has de-ionized water, organic monk fruit extract, and organic cane alcohol. An 8 ounce bottle lasts me over 6 months. Now I only need to buy sugar for baking and to have on hand for guests if they want it. I keep it in the refrigerator but probably wouldn't need to. I first bought the convenient 2 oz. size. It works well for me to refill it from the more economical 8 oz. container.

This stuff is great
This stuff is great. It doesn't have that "fake sweet " flavor. Very good in coffee

Slight After Taste and Not Super Sweet
I bought liquid Monk Fruit sweetener because, after reading about health concerns presented by erythritol, I wanted just monk fruit as an ingredient. This does contain some cane alcohol. I've only used it in baking or to sweeten hot drinks, so I don't know what it tastes like in a cold drink or food. It is sweet, but not super sweet. To sweeten a cup of hot chocolate I need about 6 drops. I also use it to sweeten apple crisp when I cook it. One thing I've wondered about is whether or not the alcohol evaporates during cooking. I don't mind a little alcohol, but it may be an issue for some people. I do notice a slight after taste that I find unpleasant. But since it isn't overpowering and I think this is a good alternative to sugar, I'll put up with it in certain foods and drinks. However, for good old sweetness, I've yet to find anything as sweet or without an after taste as good as white cane sugar. Some sweeteners, like honey and molasses have a unique flavor that does enhance or add to the flavor of certain foods, but they are not welcome in all dishes. I guess you have to choose your sweetener according to which dish you're enjoying. I'd like to know if the alcohol does indeed evaporate in a hot dish or while cooking. Because of the after taste and limited use, I think this is pricey, even though one reviewer did a price comparison with sugar in which sugar seemed less expensive. Of course, it is hard to factor in the helath costs of using sugar.

Love it!
Love it! Super sweet, only need a few drops. The bottle is small but I've been using the same bottle for 6 months now, 2 cups of coffee a day, and I'd say there's at least 3 more months left in the bottle. Worth every penny. I bought the 8 oz size.

Very good Monk Fruit sweetener
First off I want to reiterate what another reviewer mentioned.... that this is a sugar-free, carb-free sweetener, that will add A sweetness to whatever you put it in, but it will NOT replace the taste of actual sugar. Sugar is sugar....and since it can be so damaging to our health, can you imagine how rich any person or company would be if they could make a product that was completely sugar-free, but tasted IDENTICAL to sugar?! Such a product would probably be rated as the top selling item on Amazon, and I'd no doubt be stocking up on it myself! I'm not trying to be facetious or anything, just honest. Some people know this, and are just looking for a possible alternative to the various other sugar-free sweeteners out there, but I think some folks actually misunderstand the positive reviews and think they are ordering something that will replace sugar, but taste JUST like sugar. If that is what you are looking for, this item probably......ok ok, definitely, won't work for you. However, if you are looking for a natural alternative to aspartame or sucrulose, or something else besides stevia or xylitol (or other sugar alcohols like xylitol, such as erythritol), then this may be a good option for you to try. As for me, I've tried them all! It does come down to personal taste, and what you like (or don't like) mixed in with your sweetener. I don't mind stevia, and have used it, but I find that I like the taste of monk fruit sweeteners more (I've never had the chance to try any actual monk fruit). One of the few monk fruit brands that can be found at some stores is the Lakanto brand. It is mixed heavily with the sugar alcohol erythritol though (many stevia brands also include erythritol in their ingredients- either erythritol or dextrose). Erythritol is completely carb-free (unlike dextrose), but some people can have digestive sensitivities to sugar alcohols, or find that they have their own aftertaste like stevia does. This NOW brand of liquid monk fruit is, to me, the best of any non-sugar sweeteners I've tried, and I like that it doesn't have any artificial preservatives, sugar alcohols or dextrose added to it. As a side note, "sugar alcohols" are oddly named, they do not contain any ethanol, and can be found in some fruits and vegetables. Ok, back to the review. I've used Monk Fruit in the Raw in the past. It comes in packet form....and it took MUCH more product to sweeten something than even these drops do (as compared to, say, stevia packets). So, that part MAY be related to the Monk Fruit, but when you look up the price of other of monk fruit products, this isn't that cost prohibitive in comparison (again, in my opinion- the only thing more personal than taste is people's view of money ;-)). I'm on my 3rd bottle of it, and I started the first bottle the 1st of February of this year, 2019, and tomorrow is June 1. I also have to use a bit more than what is suggested on the bottle to get the level of sweetness I want. But the bottle does allow you to control the drops MUCH better than many other bottles used for these types of sweeteners. I hope this helps. I know I'm always leery of trying something new (because it's no fun wasting money), and often read the reviews to see if anything is posted that maybe useful in my decision making. It's unfortunate companies don't give out small test samples like they used to do in the days of my youth (or so I seem to remember anyway, lol!) ;-)

Great sweetener with no bad aftertaste!
Use it to sweeten coffee drinks for customers that want a zero calorie option. Tastes great with no aftertaste.

Not sure it's actually a sweet extract - no matter how much I use, I really can't notice a difference in taste in what I'm preparing. Next time I will just buy regular monk fruit, not worth the high price

飲み物に1〜2滴、お料理、スウィーツにと、何にでも合うお味です。 後味も苦くなく、さっぱりして好みです。

Great product. Pure monk fruit with no artificial sweeteners, like most other brands. I use it everyday!

I bought two bottles and the after test is incredibly bad . I can’t believe I payed much for it to throw it away . It’s listed in Amazone Japan but I’m very interested from where exactly came because the bottle is plastic and the packaging was very poor looking like i ordered something from temu .

Has an alcohol-like taste or aftertaste. Tipped mine out in favour of organic monk fruit extract.
