undefinedOriginally released on a three-LP box, in 1977, Consequences was the debut album of the former 10cc, Godley & Cream. It was conceived as a concept album and incorporates a play whose voices of the characters are all played by comedian Peter Cook and where Sarah Vaughan sings. The album also contains an 8-song single that incorporates in a fourth album, Musical Excerpts From Consequences. The album has been mastered by Andy Pearce and supervised by Godley and Cream. Available on CD for the first time outside Japan, it contains the original album plus the aforementioned single. The album is housed in a “clamshell box” and contains the expanded album art and notes by Mojo journalist Daryl Easlea, who interviewed the group about the process of creating, and producing the album.
