As you would expect it works very well

This costs about the same as a one off job of cleaning the carpets but I've been able to do them again and again. Also been able to lend to friends and do my mum and dads so its a no brainer. Long term investment and a solid product that works very well. Works fine with pets and very good at livening-up ancient, stained carpets 10/10

Product is very heavy. But it is very effective in cleaning carpets.

It arrived on time. My overall impression was good. It's a great bit of engineering and very well made. It takes a bit of practice to use it properly. to move it slowly, and when to press the lever and when to release it. The suction is good and the carpet was dry quite quickly after use. I also used the stairs hose attachment on my sofa with good results. I used Vax Rapid Power Plus cleaning solution and the results were good however on heavily stained areas the results were disappointing. I applied the pre-wash treatment and the difficult stain remover that come in the box and ran over the area again with the cleaner. Slightly better but I could see that it needed more specialized treatment. So overall a good general carpet cleaner but don't expect miracles

Cleans and freshens large area of carpet before refilling, really easy to use.

Was very heavy to use.ù So have just used it once and pushed into back of cupboard.
