Love the kettle. It heats quickly. Love the blue light while it's on, and you can see how strong the boil is. After 2 years of continual use, multiple times a day, it has decided to shut off early without boiling the water. The handle has been warm for several months, so it was showing its age. So I return to buy a replacement.

Ok. It’s a hard thing to admit, since I enjoy many aspects of my kitchen- tools, appliances - who’s presence facilitate tasks daily to ease task & speed prep. But this GEM, is my favorite! Used daily. Spouse thought it was dumb, but with kids & life distractions- I had burnt a “Few” pots before thus purchase. New Parent / childcare/ caregiver/ pets not people / no pets - no people But Busy - This is perfect. After the death of a “few” pots- I recalled a boiling water pot, I’d used in France many years ago - hadn’t “taken” state side looked for years. Stopped looking. At a retreat, I fell in love & came home raving of the cool light up hot water pitcher- I think my burnt pot issue had a solution- finally. Spouse thought it may be “redundant” but will give it a chance. Mutually not thrilled to have another thing on our counter, we embarked on our new hot water journey. I use hot water ALL year. Why I waited 19 ( almost 20 years) to buy - Why (still) I don’t know. This pot is Amazing. Spouse enjoys it too! Heats faster in morning than our “ pot method “ & he feels better about walking away. Heats to RAPID BOIL. I put it in my thermos & it’s still tea bag ready at lunch. ( yes, that’s more about my thermos, BUT Hot not tepid - since VERY HOTwhen put in. Win to me.) During infant/ cancer care/ dog care & life distractions - this is a tool I wish I had in those times. Can’t get time back now, But MAYBE it can help you!!!!! Hard day+ empty burnt pot - double sad. My days are brighter & prep Waaaay EASIER. WE Forgave counter issue, since it’s used so much. Thanks for good quality. Waited to use before posting review. Design wise: Easy to pick up. When full, I can put a hand under it to pour. I like the lines. It’s nice to look at. Not too bulky & not too small. Yes- I use to Max fill line 3-5 times per day some days (esp. winter weekends). So far- so good. I do WAIT between uses. So it has cool down time. 1-2 hours. Haven’t had to do vinegar cleaning yet. Easy to use & so much faster than my pots - even our small one(4 cups), on a rapid heat burner. Only thing I’d change is option for light on / off. When I get up late & only use night lights, The light on to pour my cup will be a nice addition. Or light off during day. Or Light on while hot. I do like that my kids know, The blue light means Hot water & be careful. Excellent safety aspect- imho. Tea time is on! Coffee too. Love this product! “Happiness cannot be bought”- this came pretty close to a challenge of that statement for me. I’m very happy with this. Thanks for reading. Compared to your run of the mill plastic budget kettle, this thing is like a Rolls Royce. Heats significantly faster, uses glass over plastic leaching chemicals into your water, same automatic off switch as any other kettle and the stainless steel is actually stainless. My kettle has been an office space workhorse for a few years now and has not shown any signs of wearing out. Has only needed to be descaled but never once has rust appeared.

I love this Mueller electric kettle. I bought 5 of these in 2020, one for myself and the other 4 for Christmas presents. I have enjoyed mine all these years and it still works great! I noticed one time that a few reviews said theirs had stopped working. Mine stopped working a year or two after I got it. Thinking I needed to order another one, I left it on the counter for a couple of days. I tried it again, just in case, and it worked beautifully. A couple of days ago and several years later, it stopped working again… so I let it rest for a day. Sure enough, the next day it worked great. Seems like it just may need a break every couple of years! After it rests, it’s back to normal. It’s been 6 years and I still love it!

I've bought two of these kettles: one in 2022 and one in 2024. Both lasted roughly 21 months and both suffered the same malfunction--no longer heated the water. We use the kettle 2 to 3x per day. Over time, the button to open the lid doesn't pop up as easily, so it sometimes takes a few tries. Nevertheless, I'm ordering another one of these today after having read reviews for several other kettles. I know what to expect from this one and I've never experienced any hazards as noted in other kettles. It is a bit pricey versus how long it lasts and I'd wait for a drop in price if I could, but it's sturdy and heats water rather quickly.

this is a must have............ I used it constantly every morning. For coffee or tea or for any reason you need boiling water. It is very fast and easy and I love the automatic shut off when it's at a full boil. No worries about the Kettle being left on too long! The water amount is great for my French coffee press, and one kettle's worth of water will make 2 1/2 big mug fulls! I usually have 2 mugs of coffee.......... this way it save me time and it save me from throwing away extra coffee made by a drip coffee maker. Very easy to use and did I mention the Automatic shut off! the best!

Works great, looks great, better than possibly expected. This is the 3rd tea kettle I've had in 20 years and it is by far superior and faster and looks great. The customer service of this company is fabulous.

It works great and I really, really like seeing that beautiful blue colour when I turn this kettle on in the mornings.

It's qieter than my old one, I should say it's a quiet kettle, it pours well boils quickly, lovely blue colour, it will show limescale obviously, within a few days, mine isn't because I'm using bottled spring water in it.i did use tap water for a day or two and the kettle looked very murky and I did have to put limescale remover in it and clean the metal plate in the bottom. I live in an extremely hard water area so that is why. It's a good kettle and it's very sparkly and clear blue when it's boiling, so I would say it's probably better for people who live in soft water areas. (if you want it to stay clear) good price for a nice looking kettle. The lid when you press for opening it's a press down and slightly back action as someone else has said. for it to pop open.

As Advertized works great, original package was a little beaten up but no damage

while boiling water if you lift it it does not turn off automatically, opening the lid is random and you have to tap the trigger several times
