Can this head be used on an existing tower?

Yes. We have an existing tower and it fit nicely. We did have to build a wood base for it to connect to because the existing tower had a smaller metal base.

Does the T shaft come with the purchase?

Yes, the vertical shaft is included. This is the part that connects to and rises above the stand (supplied by the customer), and that the windmill head connects to.

Does the windmill turn with the wind direction or is it stationary o my.

Yes, the fan turns and the head pivots when the wind blows.

Is there a warranty on the blades? I have trouble around 1 year of blades welds breaking

This product comes with a 1-year warranty. Note that the blades are not welded, they are screwed onto the fan frame. You may have a different manufacturer's product, and we can help figure that out. For warranty requests, contact Scott Windmills at (800) 693-9361.
