I bought the regular stem and the round stem. This is about the regular stem
Ok, so I haven't used the Round stem on my cycle yet. I've inserted both and felt the differences. One, the round stem ones are more rigid, like my Diva Cups. They are easy to insert as they pop open more easily and you know they're in correctly and hardly feel them compared to tampons. The regular stem is really soft. You don't feel them at all when they're in (to a point you'll forget you have on on). Along with them being really soft, they are quite a bit harder to insert. They are so soft, they offer no support while inserting, you also don't feel them pop open and have to manipulate it more with your finger to get it to open to form the seal. With that being said, they freaking don't leak. My Diva cup, that's WAY more expensive is super easy to insert, but when I feel a gush, I know I have to run to the bathroom right away as a leak is happening and it's happening NOW. I felt that gush at work with this soft one... yeah, I decided to try it out while I slept, then at work... and I had no leaks. I wasn't even sure I inserted it right when I did it when I slept, and the same right before work. But no leaks. I went to take out the cup and my cup collapsed on me. I didn't think I had much in there and was SHOCKED at how much came out. I cleaned up and re-inserted and when I emptied after my 12h shift, a lot came out, but I had no leaks. I'm still getting used to inserting this soft cup, but so far no leaks. It just holds and holds well. I didn't believe all the rave reviews until now. I do still need to test out the ball one, but I'm kind of wanting to do it for my next period as I have different flow rates at different times of my period and do want to test this one out for the whole cycle to see how it does for the whole week. I have removed it 3 times and have yet to do it right without collapse. I'll try again later and hope for the best, but I'll keep water handy for the inevitable. A bidet would come in handy for sure. I don't feel that suction like I felt with my Diva Cup when removing (like I'm about to pull out my uterus) but it didn't Shift and it didn't leak, not even during a BM while it was full, (looking at you, Diva Cup). While it didn't feel like it's a strong suction like the rigid one, it also doesn't leak for me. It's a lot easier to remove than the rigid one as it's not holding on for dear life... so I'm not rating suction power because it kind of feels irrelevant if it's not leaking like the ones that feel like they hold on more. Edit: I'm nearing the end (the beginning of day 5) and do far, no leaks with this regular stem one. I did get practice on inserting with the Diva Cup, so I did understand how it had to open. I personally used the punch down method because it was smaller and easier to insert. That method is harder to get back open with the more flexible cups, but as I'm used to that method, I'm still sticking with it and making sure it opens up while I'm there. It still takes longer to insert, but so far so good. I've felt like I've leaked or would leak, but nothing so far. I do want to test out the round stem one next as it's more similar to the Diva cup, but maybe a little firmer. As the Diva cup did leak, I'm a little more hesitant to do so without a liner. I guess that's an update for the end of June... if I remember to swap cups. Can't believe such cheap cups do so well.

No leaks
The two different sizes are a really great feature, I definitely appreciate having options. I do wish the little pulley part was a bit longer, though. That's just a personal preference, of course. Overall, I'm pretty happy with it. It works well for what I need it to do.

Thicker Silicone Cup
I am giving these a 4 because the silicone is harder than any other cup I have purchased. They also are more difficult to get open. That said they definitely made a tight seal. So much so it was difficult to break the seal to remove it. The advertisement said they were soft so I was surprised by how hard they were. The cup to sanitize them is very nice and folds up and they come with a drawstring bag which is also a nice bonus.

Perfect fit and works great
I decided to venture into cups and discs this past month after a few months of periods that make it near impossible to use tampons. I followed all the guides, I measured multiple times, off period, beginning, during, end and everything told me a needed a cup or disc for a normal to high cervix, over 35yo, and have had multiple kids. So I was prepared with cups and discs and when I started this month it just wasn't happening, it was like the cups were sticking out and just not comfortable at all! And forget the discs, I have to "shelf" for them to sit on and they just pop out. But according to everything I in fact have a high cervix, but I digress, went back to tampons then decided you know what, let me try a cup for a low cervix before I totally give up. I of course don't want to spend $30+ dollars for something that may not work out, so I found these cups, half an inch shorter then everything else I had tried and it is perfect! I use the larger size as I'm 39 and have had 5 kiddos, plus bleed pretty heavily. It's so easy to use, and once inserted properly after a minute or two I don't even feel it. A simple pinch at the bottom makes removal easy peasy! The material is soft yet sturdy for an easy insertion. I now know that cups do in fact work for me and what size length wise I need so will now start looking for a larger capacity cup as my periods do get really heavy.

Excellent suction, but not sure it's a fit for me
First, the positives. It arrived fast. It The build quality seems solid. I love, love, LOVE the colors (it's what first caught my eye). I also really appreciated the little cup to steam them in the microwave rather than having to boil a huge pot of water to disinfect them. (So convenient!) And the price ($10.00) can't be beat. There was a bit of a learning curve to getting it in place, especially since I'm obese with only so much flexibility. (I had to lay down to get past the curve of my pubic bone). However, with the aid of a little lube (I used Jo's H20) it slid in and popped open with no issue. Plus, once it was in there it was definitely in place. A little tug gave me the rather uncomfortable sensation of suction on my cervix (not fun). Now for the cons. This was my first menstrual cup and sadly it wasn't as glorious as a lot of women make it sound. I'm in my 40s and never gave vaginal birth (I had a medically necessary c-section). I have a relatively short birth canal and I'm also a lifelong pad user as I found even regular tampons to be too 'dry' when I was a teen. I heard that's less of an issue with menstrual cups so I thought I'd give it a go while I still have a few cycles to test it before a planned beach vacation this fall. Unfortunately, I could feel both inside me. I have really short periods (just four to five days with only two of those days being heavy flow) so I didn't get a lot of time to really test it. I'll give a another go my next cycle because I will say I had nary a leak while I was using them. Hopefully it was just a case of me not getting the position right because they worked great. I just couldn't stand the sensation of feeling them inside me for more than a few hours at a time. As it stands I might have to use them only when swimming. (The only time I use tampons). Still, if you're looking for a somewhat firmer cup this might be a win for you. At just $10.00 I figure it's well worth it to give them a shot. Even if it turns out they simply aren't a fit for me I'm still happy with the purchase, because they worked well enough at stopping leaks that I know I want to keep trying Goldilocks style to find the one that's just right.

Suggestions for use...
Whoever invented this baby deserves a Nobel peace prize. This thing will save the women of the world so much money and give us back time, dignity and peace of mind, not to mention reduce waste. Maybe I'm one of the lucky ones who figured it out right off the bat. I never had leakage or any issues with fit or discomfort. My biggest issue was with myself for not making the change sooner. I love this product. The only bit of info you need to know going forward is about it's removal. I've used it for 2 cycles now. The first went off without a hitch. Most recently, however, I did experience the "difficulty" mentioned in other reviews. Fortunately, I knew from those reviews that this could happen and I didn't succumb to the reflexive sense of rising panic. Sometimes this baby can work it's way up in there and the seal is so good that it creates a suction. If this happens, I have learned from my own trial and error that you have one of 2 options. 1) You can gently pull the little ball at the bottom and stick a finger up there at the same time to break the seal. Not the neatest option but still very effective. 2) You can pull firmly on said ball. I strongly emphasize the word firmly because you may need to put a few pounds of tension on that baby to bring it back into this world, and if your fingers are wet or you don't have a firm grip on it, that sucker will snap back, pop you in the twat like an industrial rubber band and give you flashbacks of your episiotomy. You have been warned. Choose wisely.

Great and cheap.
Great. Waited for about three months to make a review. Is amazing and easy to use! Actually getting these has saved me more money and I donโt have to buy pads or tampons. Maybe a little cheap panty liners just in case I leak but it works!

Decent but not the best
Cheap but not too bad. The cups are very solid, too firm for my likes. Does not fold as easily as the others I have and the join line tends to get little things stuck on it from time to time. I would spend a little more for ones that are more easy to fold and insert.

okay but too thick
they're okay but are a little thick which isn't comfortable to wear.
