We do not have a covered deck. Could these outdoor speakers be totally exposed to the outdoor element?

I have installed these speakers totally exposed and they have lasted several years the grills might become rusty looking depending on the area you're in

Are these compatible with Alexa/Echo Dot?

These are not Bluetooth speakers so they will not work directly with Echos or Dots and need to be powered by an audio receiver. You can however, use an RCA or Bluetooth connection between an Echo or Dot and the reciever and stream to the speakers.

Is it two packs of pairs being a total of 4 speakers?

No the 4 is for the size and model, there is only 2 speakers in the box! These are Great Speakers!!!

Is it easy to be operated? I hope it will be not too hard to do that...

…Were very easy to set up, and I just connected to the amplifier and then to the record player.…You can buy this amplifier if you are a lack of it.https://www.amazon.com/Bluetooth-Amplifier-Receiver-Integrated-Audio/dp/B07L3F5QQ7
