Is small Uhlsport Ball Pump fine?

Worked well enough for us. Small tip, as odd as it sounds, wet the metal pin on the pump before inserting, this can stop the friction from snapping it off and becoming stuck inside the ball.

Is this a full size ball for adult?

Hi, The 27.5 is a size 5, 28.5 is a size 6 and the 29.5 is a size 7(Full Size) Please choose the correct size. Hope this helps. The Team A&A Sports

What size for a large 13 year old? Thanks

Size 7 what I got for a 14 year old

Does the ball come inflated?

No it doesn't come inflated but it's easy to inflate if you have an adaptor.
