Is this paste enough to use on multiple devices, or only meant for one?

Multiple devices unless your name is Stefan Etienne. Then it might not even be enough for one application.

How many coffee lake cpu applications is the 4g enough for? i will be doing the "one spot" method as recommended.

4-10, using one spot method. Remember, copper is more conductive, this is just more conductive than the air in the gaps of both surfaces, so it takes very little.
